Board-Certified Endodontist

Dr. Robert Gatti graduated with a BS in biology from Truman State University.  He attended UMKC School of Dentistry where he graduated at the top of his class.  He then completed his endodontic residency at Baylor College of Dentistry.  He successfully completed the  board-certification program through the American Board of Endodontics, signifying a comprehensive knowledge in his field and a mastery of clinical skills.  Only a small percentage of endodontists have achieved this certification.

Kandace (Yee) Hopfinger, DDS, MS

Practice limited to endodontics

Dr. Kandace (Yee) Hopfinger is a native Topekan and graduated at the top of her class from UMKC School of Dentistry.  She went on to complete her endodontic residency at Marquette University, obtaining her MS and certificate in endodontics. She successfully completed the  board-certification program through the American Board of Endodontics, signifying a comprehensive knowledge in his field and a mastery of clinical skills.  Only a small percentage of endodontists have achieved this certification.  She considers herself an avid Chiefs and Jayhawks fan. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys being active, traveling, and exploring new places.

Ashley Asano, DDS, MS

Practice limited to endodontics

Dr. Ashley Asano graduated from Seattle University with a BS in biology.  She attended UMKC School of dentistry and graduated at the top of her class.  She also completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at UMKC.  She practiced dentistry for several years before pursuing a career in endodontics.  She obtained her endodontic certificate and Masters of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.  Dr. Asano grew up in Hawaii and enjoys the outdoors, especially paddleboarding.
