Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit. Payment is always due at the time of service. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 785-843-8610. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  If you have insurance, we make our best attempt to estimate your portion, which is due on day of service.

We will submit your insurance claim for you.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. If you have paid more than you should have, a prompt refund is made.  If we underestimated your portion, we will send a prompt statement.  Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
